Terms and conditions

By participating in the Levity UK referral programme, you agree to adhere to the following terms to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  1. General
    • This scheme applies to referrals of new customers who complete a purchase and are assessed as eligible for treatment by our clinical team.
    • Rewards are only valid if your referral is not someone we already know (i.e. a current, past or prospect customer).
    • You’ll earn £40 credit for each new customer you refer who completes a purchase over the minimum spend of £195.
    • Referred customers must use your referral code at checkout to receive a £90 discount off their first order over the minimum spend of £195.
    • There is only one reward credit for each new customer introduced.
    • Discounts and credits only apply to the product and not to shipping costs.
    • Maximum credit earned per customer is restricted to £4,000 GBP within a 12-month period. This starts when you receive your first earned referral credit.
    • Unused reward credit expires 12 months after a successful referral.
    • You will receive your credit when the referred customer’s order is dispatched. We reserve the right to withdraw your reward if the referred customer order is cancelled or rejected.
    • We reserve the right to terminate this referral scheme at any time.
    • We reserve the right to refuse access to or to terminate access to this scheme to any individual for any reason.
  2. Referral code sharing guidelines
    • Sharing your code publicly (e.g., on social media, forums, or websites) is allowed, however you must not mention a prescription only medicine as this is against advertising regulation.
  3. Legal compliance
    • UK law prohibits advertising Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) to the public. Sharing referral codes publicly in ways that promote POMs may be considered a violation of these laws.
  4. Consequences of non-compliance
    • Customers who share referral codes in violation of these guidelines will lose any associated rewards and may be removed from the referral program.
    • Depending on the severity of the breach, further action, including suspension from future programs, may be taken.
  5. Brand guidelines
    • When sharing your code, do not use the Levity logo or any other Levity intellectual property.
